Welcome!I’m Beth, a seasoned tech exec (COO, CRO, CCO) with lots of experience scaling startups and fundraising, including from top-tier investors like Softbank, Bessemer, and TCV. Throughout my career, I’ve built successful Go-To-Market engines at companies like Peak AI, NewVoiceMedia, and Codility. Exec Mentoring and Coaching

Great for first time execs or those looking to learn quickly. We'll work on developing an exec mindset, confidence and being the leader you want to be.I'll also share my experiences on whatever you're struggling with. Group Coaching and Mentoring

Great for first time execs and aspiring execs. We'll work on developing an exec mindset, confidence and being the leader you want to be.I'll also share my experiences on whatever the group is struggling with. Popular topics - motivating teams, working with peers, and being the only woman in the room.Each group has a maximum of five participants plus me. Embodiment and Somatic Exploration

One-to-one sessions for people looking to deepen their mind-body connection. More information about embodiment here.These can be in person or over Zoom depending on our locations. My preference is in person if at all possible.One off session is £115 per hour. Available in packs of 10 for £1,000 or packs of 20 for £1,700.
